“I went to law school because I had a personal story in my life, revolving around adoption. It is a long story, with a happy ending, but I felt that at the end of my life if I could look back and say that I helped, and made sure that little babies ended up in good homes, then I would be proud of the life that I had lived. Obviously there is much more that I can do to serve those in our community than just Family Law, but that is the deep reason why I decided to go through quite possibly the toughest challenge of my life.”
